The S.A.F.E. School program is an effort where the authorities, the school, the neighbourhood of the school and the parent community are sensitised by Project VENDA about substance abuse and how to tackle it. This drives a unified effort to make the school, its premises and its neighbourhood drug free. This collective effort ensures that children assimilate the “Say Venda” message in its entirety, establish sound values and make healthy, responsible choices.
The S.A.F.E. School program believes that preventive measures are the best way forward to tackle the issue of drug abuse.
